These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the relationship between Urban Sound Prints SL (hereinafter, "Urban Sound Prints", "we" or "our") and the user (hereinafter, "User", "Customer" or "you") regarding the use of urbansoundprints.com and the purchase of digital products through this website.
By accessing the website or making a purchase through it, the User declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as indicated in the visible notice displayed on each product page.
1. Purpose
Urban Sound Prints is an online store dedicated to the sale of digital designs of music albums in JPG format with 300 DPI quality, in A2, A3, A4 and A5 sizes. The designs are intended for the User to print on their own and use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Urban Sound Prints offers two types of products:
- Catalog designs: available for immediate purchase and download from the website.
- Custom designs: created upon customer request for albums not available in our catalog, maintaining the same visual style as the rest of the catalog and customizing only the album cover, the Spotify code and the associated information (artist, album, tracklist). The specific conditions applicable to custom designs are detailed in section 7 of our Refund Policy.
Urban Sound Prints does not sell physical products, printed artworks, frames or posters shipped by mail.
2. Eligibility
To make purchases at Urban Sound Prints, the User must be of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence, or have the express authorization of a legal guardian. By completing a purchase, the User declares to meet this requirement.
3. Purchase process
- The User selects the desired designs and adds them to the cart.
- Proceeds to checkout entering the required details and a valid email address.
- Accepts these Terms and the Refund Policy by completing the purchase.
- Completes the payment through one of the available methods.
- Once payment is confirmed, the User receives an automatic email with the download link for the digital file.
It is the User's responsibility to verify that the email address provided is correct. Urban Sound Prints is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses, without prejudice to resending the files after verification of the purchase.
4. Prices and payment methods
Prices are displayed in the currency detected based on the User's location and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Urban Sound Prints reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the User's country.
5. Digital nature of the product and right of withdrawal
All products sold by Urban Sound Prints are digital files with immediate download. Delivery is considered completed at the moment the download link is sent to the email address provided by the User, regardless of whether the User downloads it or not.
For customers residing in the European Union, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the execution of the contract has begun, provided the User has given their express consent and acknowledged the loss of said right.
By completing the purchase, the User grants this express consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal at the moment the download link is sent.
For customers residing outside the European Union, the European right of withdrawal does not apply. Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy, accepted by the User at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property and use of designs
The designs sold by Urban Sound Prints are protected by intellectual property rights. By purchasing a design, the User obtains a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to print the file and use it for personal, non-commercial decorative purposes.
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Reselling, redistributing or sharing the digital file with third parties.
- Using the designs for commercial purposes.
- Modifying, altering or transforming the designs to create derivative works for commercial purposes.
- Uploading the files to print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces or social media as own content.
7. Trademarks, artists and third-party rights
Urban Sound Prints is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the artists, record labels or brands mentioned or represented in our designs. The designs are inspired by music culture and constitute artistic interpretations created for decorative purposes.
If any artist, record label or rights holder considers that a design infringes their rights, they may contact us at info@urbansoundprints.com and we will proceed to review and, if applicable, immediately remove it.
8. Acceptable use of the website
The User agrees to:
- Use the website in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
- Refrain from fraudulent, unlawful acts or actions that may harm the website's operation.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, alter the code or introduce malicious software.
- Not use false data or impersonate another person.
Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the account and blocking of future purchases, without prejudice to applicable legal actions.
9. User accounts
The User may choose to create an account to facilitate future purchases. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities carried out from their account. Any unauthorized use must be immediately notified to info@urbansoundprints.com.

11. Personal data protection
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection for customers in the European Union.
For customers residing outside the European Union, data is processed respecting equivalent privacy standards and, where applicable, the local legislation of the User (including, without limitation, the CCPA in California, the LGPD in Brazil or the LFPDPPP in Mexico).

12. Limitation of liability
Urban Sound Prints shall not be liable for:
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the website due to causes beyond our control.
- Specific technical errors in the delivery of the file, without prejudice to its resending after verification.
- The print quality obtained by the User, as it depends on the printer, paper and service chosen by them.
- The improper use of the design by the User or third parties.
In no case shall Urban Sound Prints' liability exceed the amount paid by the User in the corresponding purchase.
13. Force majeure
Urban Sound Prints shall not be liable for the breach of its obligations when this is due to force majeure causes, including but not limited to failures in third-party services, server downtime, cyberattacks, social conflicts or any event beyond our reasonable control.
14. Modifications to the Terms
Urban Sound Prints may modify these Terms to adapt them to legislative, operational or market changes. Modifications will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication. Purchases made prior to a modification will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
15. Partial nullity
If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For consumer Users residing in the European Union, the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence will additionally apply when more favorable. EU consumer Users may also resort to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
For Users residing outside the European Union, acceptance of these Terms implies submission to Spanish law without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the legislation of their country of residence may grant them as consumers.
Any controversy shall be submitted to the competent courts according to applicable law.
